All you can eat Chinese buffet tired of all the Hispanic patrons.

An all you can eat Chinese buffet in a small town in Wisconsin caused quite a stir when the owner, Mr. Lee, posted a note on the front door stating that he was tired of all of the Hispanic patrons who frequented his restaurant. Mr. Lee explained that he had nothing against Hispanic people, but that they ate too much food and never left any leftovers for the other customers. He also noted that they often brought in their own containers to take food home, which he considered to be disrespectful. Upon seeing the note, the Hispanic community in the area organized a boycott of the restaurant and picketed outside for several days. Mr. Lee eventually apologized and removed the note, but not before gaining nationwide attention and being dubbed the “Buffet Bigot”.
